Post-construction cleaning is usually done in three stages. Book one or all three.
Rough Clean
Done after drywall and framing. We remove debris and do a general sweep and dust-down.
Final Clean
Done after finishes are in. A detailed top-to-bottom clean of every surface, fixture, and floor.
Touch-Up Clean
Done right before walkthrough or move-in to catch any dust that settled after punch-list work.
